Weekday grocery

We went to Pioneer Center supermart for our mid-week groceries. On our cart we had the following:

1. XXL Huggies Dry diapers
2. 3/4 kilo chicken legs
3. 3/4 kilo pork (menudo cut)
4. 1 pack, 4 pcs. potato
5. 1 pack, 5 pcs. of onions
6. 1 pack of green monggo
7. 1 gallon Wilkins distilled water
8. 1 small bottle of hairgel
9. 1 Nestle mixed fruit yogurt
10. 2 packs of mechado mix
11. 1.5 liter of Coke regular and 1.5 liter of Coke zero
12. 6 packs of Tide lemon scent detergent

receipt totaled : P1,002. something

And as we left the cashier counter, we grabbed back issues of Working Mom Magazines. 3 for 100 pesos. For my freetime mommyhood reading.

New diapers

I have used Prokids for Neo since he was born and I have no complains. But when he turned 1, I am not happy with this diaper brand anymore. It leaks at naghihiwa- hiwaly na yung fabrics sa loob. I know he wi-wis more often now because of the added milk intake but I just cannot change him in the middle of the night for a fresh one. I asked around and an officemate recommended Pampers overnight. This is not available at Pioneer Center. Today, we bought Huggies Dry Comfort. Let's see how it will perform.
